Job Summary
This Senior Sales position is responsible for growing marketshare and revenue of a "Portfolio" of accounts that have a need for Virtualization and Eco Services. This individual is responsible for meeting Booking goals, margin goals through sales of the full range of Sun Virtualization and Eco Services Portfolio. This individual is expected to have intimate knowledge, through experience, of the sales process (demand creation, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, presenting value proposition, negotiating, closing the business.
Job Description
This candidate must have demonstrated a track record of achieving sales goals and have a strong mix of strategic and tactical sales expertise. Must be skilled at working virtual teams and influencing others to implement specific solution sales strategies. Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Understands and has experience selling in the education market; Demonstrated experience as a team builder and team player; Channel development and channel management; "Solutions Based" business development sales experience; Ability to lead and engage both external and internal resources.
